Return and Refund Policy
- We will only accept returns and refunds for incorrect/defective items. Kindly contact our customer service at Instagram about this issue with your Order Id and a picture of the incorrect item or the defective area within 3 working days upon receiving your order and we will reply to you within 1 working day. Kindly ship the item back to us within 3 working days after receiving confirmation from us.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, and with tag.
- Please note that we do not accept returns if the size doesn't fit you as measurements are clearly stated on the website. Since all items are measured manually, there may be results in 1-3cm differences. It will not be considered a defect and no exchanges will be carried out. Please contact our customer care team on Instagram for size assistance whenever you have any questions.
- Returns can only be made one time per order number.
- We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not fulfill our returns policy.
